What Next?

The first month of the nbn^® access fee is charged at sign up plus any one-off nbn^® modem charge.

After payment is successfully completed using a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX we will get straight to work and submit your order to nbn^®. If nbn^® has not been connected at the property before it will usually take between 1 and 3 weeks for the next available appointment to be set to activate nbn^®  at your address. We will keep you up to date on every step of the process to activate of your nbn^® connection.

We will notify you if access to the property is required to complete your nbn^®  activation. If it is required it is important that you are able to provide access during the activation appointment. If the schedule is not convenient, just let us know and we can re-schedule this for you.

nbn^® ready modems are shipped prior to your appointment so that they are ready to go as soon as nbn^® completes the activation.
